REFUNDS

Refund and returns, examine items  received for up to 15 days in your possession.  If any itemis not wanted call 479-629-5566 within this 15-day window to receive a  return authorization.  Any  returned  item must be  in new saleable condition.  After 15 days in your possession items are not returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification of receipt, notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  When approved we will issue a credit card refund or mail you a check.  Refunds by credit card may take up to 60 days.  If there is a delay for a credit card refund first  check with your credit card company.

Items must be returned by USPS priority mail; you will be able to verify our receipt with the tracking number assigned.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
